1976 Toyota Chinook | Manual | Pop-Top

The Nook is a Vintage Toyota Chinook pop-top that has been completely rebuilt yet keeps its vintage charm.It is comfortable for two, with a spacious living area that quickly converts into a bed, and a small additional space above for a child. The pop-top design makes it roomy and easy to stand in. Super fuel efficient and economical, 25+ MPG. Chinooks are more affordable than renting both a car and hotel on your vacation.

Equipped with a 3000 BTU heater perfect for cool nights, the heater warms the RV quickly and it is well insulated so it keeps warm over night. Great for a fall hiking trip. There are speakers in the rear of the camper so you can jam out while cooking or listen to some tunes while you dance under the stars. 

We found The Nook in Healdsburg, CA. It is the third in our fleet and we have poured a lot sweat and tears into it. We have rebuilt transmission, with a performance clutch and flywheel. Also upgraded the intake and exhaust as well as new bearings, steering and suspension components, and airbags in the rear. We try to replace the tires as often as possible while maintaining it with all the lovely oils and lubes it needs. We truly love these Chinooks so whatever it needs it gets.
